Before a US-licensed provider can prescribe any medication, we must confirm your identity. The most effective method in telemedicine involves utilizing a photograph of your state-issued photo ID. This verification process is crucial for our providers to ensure that you are above 18 years of age and are indeed the individual requesting the medication.

Your personal health information is stored encrypted using AES with a 256 bit site encryption key.
The records for each individual visit are able to be downloaded from each visit.
Each visit is subject to a one-time charge, which includes the services of a healthcare professional conducting a medical evaluation. Mahalo's healthcare providers are licensed professionals who dedicate time to thoroughly review each visit, ensuring they offer a personalized and evidence-based care plan. Once your visit is being reviewed by a provider, it is not possible to issue a refund.
Please be aware that the fees for the visits do not cover prescription medications or laboratory tests. Completing a visit does not automatically result in a prescription being issued; the decision to prescribe is based on the individual health needs of the patient and the clinical judgment of the provider. If you are insured, your insurance plan may partially or fully cover the cost of any prescribed medications, depending on your policy details. For precise information about your prescription coverage, contact your insurance company directly.

To determine if your insurance will cover a specific prescription, it's important to review your plan's formulary, which lists the medications your insurance includes.
